Breath!

I read an article about meditation the other day. I would like to share this. It has helped me greatly.
Repecting another person's copyright and I don't believe I can post the article without permission, I am sharing what i have taken from it and bless the source that it comes from.

As we know, prayer is convering with G-d. It is also the most form of meditation. For we are speaking to the Very One Who Created us and knows us better than our own mother and father. The article states that this is the safest form of meditation and next to meditating upon the the Torah itself, I would agree. It that all of 20 minutes and if you don't have 20 minutes, how about 20seconds (I have something to say about that).
It is simply breathing.
"G-d formed Man out of the soil of the earth. He blew into his nostrils and a living soul." Gensis 2:7
When G-d created the world and the animals, He spoke them into exixtance. But when He created Man, The Holy One got down into the soil and formed Adam in His Imagine, His loving Hands forming the being that bared His very face. Then lovingly, The Holy Breathed into the nostrils of Adam, filling his lungs with the very essence of G-d. This I knew. But the teaching pointed out this; G-d didn't blow just one time but kept breathing. G-d kept breathing into Adam until Adam's last breath.
We cannot breath on our own. If we taking a slow breath and then let it out, it isn't truly us breathing, but G-d breathing through us. We cannot breath on our own. Our very breath, our life depends on our Creator.
This meditation, being aware of G-d in every breath I take, I remember Who is in control of my life, I am aware of His Presence in my life. I am aware I am not alone for He is with me (and Mark is in my heart). That my hopes and dreams will come true because my Heavely Abba knows what they areand He will oversee what is good and just in my and like a good Abba, make sure His daughter and my beloved is cared for.
In breathing in I am aware of the Master and King of the Universe is with me. And as I breath out, I release all the worry and concerns, fears, sadness and pain. In breathing, I turn all over to Him, knowing He is the Only Who can take care all that concerns me. I now remind myself to breath. And I also remember one of Mark's often prayer; L-rd, hold my beloved close to You, allow her to rest in You. Let her feel Your Father's love and feel like I am holding her."
As I began to practice this meditation, there is a small release of the stress in my soul. This is the end quote of the teaching:And G-d is breathing every breath into you and me!So, wherever you are, whatever you are doing.Take one moment and focus on your breath.Take a long slow deep breath in, and as you do,remember that G-d is breathing that breath of life into you. When you breathe out, release all of the negativity, fear, anxiety, overwhelm and whatever is taking away from your natural stateof G-dly joy. Because, after all, if G-d is bothering to breathethe breath of life into you every breath of your life, don't youthink G-d is taking care of every other aspect of your life, too?Of course!I read an article about meditation the other day.
